When we bid a project and ultimately are awarded it, we can turn around contracts, SOW & schedules usually within 72 hours after its awarded. We keep a very detailed checklist once the ITB goes out for bidding and if we’re awarded the project stays open until we deliver closeout package.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty and will do inspections every 6 months on finished projects for 24 months. We will correct any issues with workmanship.

We can bid it straight out or we can do cost plus. Some clients like to do one over the other.

Project Reporting

NO SURPRISES

Project reporting for offsite client PM’s or CM’s. We setup a project on Teamwork’s that includes photos, daily reports, RFI’s, submittals, and anything to do with the project. We try to keep you informed as much as possible about the progress of the project, that way there are never any surprises when you show up on a project.
