When you run into problems and the owners aren’t involved, you don’t get direct answers. There also could be less of a sense of urgency, which makes a job drag on.
We have one job. That is to get you setup, so you can start generating revenue. We find that our values allow us to consistently perform for our clients efficiently on time and on budget.

HONESTY is our main core value. Our clients will ALWAYS hear the truth and no BS answers. Our viewpoint is plain & simple, this is a relationship, and, in a relationship, they always have to be open and honest. That’s what’s important in long-term relationships both in marriage and business.
THRIVE is our name, we wanted a name that ties our success with our clients. We will thrive as a company as our clients thrive with their success in opening projects on time and on budget. I know it sounds corny, but it’s true. We are not in this business to do 1 project for a company and move on, we want to do a large majority of their projects.
VERSATILITY is important on planning and running projects. Every project is not going to run smooth, we need to be able to come up with out of box thinking to handle issues and scheduling conflicts. If that means running 2 shifts or weekends, then that’s what it’ll take to make sure our clients are covered. We work with owners, subs, suppliers & inspectors to make sure project timelines are kept.
DEDICATION to our clients. If we get multiple projects throughout the year from our clients, we will assign a PM solely for that client. That way, they eat, drink & sleep those projects and know the processes like the back of their hands. We do this with 4 clients, and it works beautifully.
